ALEX RENNY

Alex Renny became our Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary on 14th November 2007, and has served in various positions with the family of ROK-affiliated companies since October 2002. Alex was also appointed as a Director effective upon compliance by us with the provisions of Section 14(f) of the Securities Exchange Act and Rule 14f-1 under that act.

He has been involved in strategy, corporate development and corporate finance functions. He previously held the title of Director of Strategy and Corporate Development. From November 1999 to October 2002, he worked as an independent management and strategy consultant. Prior to that, he worked in the investment banking sector for ten years as a proprietary trader in fixed income and interest rate derivatives with U.S., British and Japanese organizations, and before that was an Infantry Officer of the British Army, becoming an Arctic Warfare Instructor in the process. Alex received an M.B.A. from Cranfield School of Management in 1999, passed Sandhurst in 1986 and was awarded a B.Sc. degree in Biochemistry from London University in 1985.
